In addition to his role at Smashd, Mike leads Bang Bang Media, a creative ad agency that has produced viral campaigns for top brands like GoPuff, Athletic Brewing Company, Dutch, and DoorDash, helping them achieve massive growth and brand engagement through innovative strategies

Previously, Mike was the co-founder and CEO of Moonbeam, a podcast discovery platform that was acquired by Audacy. He also served as VP at TuneIn, where he successfully led the relaunch of its mobile platform.

His creative pursuits in entertainment include the creation, production, and sale of the hit outdoor adventure series Beat Monday.

Passionate about education and social impact, Mike co-founded Summits Education, the second-largest private school network in Haiti, dedicated to transforming education in underserved communities. He was also instrumental in shaping the vision for Flying Kites, a school and teacher training center in Kenya, from its early stages, empowering educators and students alike.

An avid adventurer and endurance athlete, Mike has led numerous high-altitude expeditions around the world and regularly competes in ultra-endurance events. He resides in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife Leila and their three children.
